Where may I purchase replacement parts?

Replacement parts may be ordered through our Customer Care Department at 1-800-225-3865. Hours (MST): Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pmSaturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm You may purchase over the phone using a Visa, Master Card, or American Express. The Customer Care Representative can provide pricing and availability. Please have your model/product ID ready.

What is polyethylene and what makes it better than wood?

Polyethylene is a plastic that is virtually indestructible. It will not chip, crack, or split like wood products. Polyethylene is durable, easy to clean, lightweight, and is ideal for outdoor use.

Is there a website where I can purchase replacement parts?

Replacement parts are not offered online. Lifetime Products has made many different models that have been revised over the years. It is best to speak directly to a Customer Service Representative who can ensure the correct part is provided.

How long does it take to ship parts I ordered from Lifetime Customer Care?

Your order will usually ship out the next business day and will take approximately 3 - 5 days for the west coast, 5 - 7 for the central areas, and 7 - 10 days for the east coast.

Where can I find warranty information for my product?

Warranty information, including the length of the warranty and what is covered, can be found in the Owners Manual, factory label, or warranty card.

What is covered by the warranty?

Lifetime products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship that impair the use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by vandalism, rusting, acts of nature, or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.

How do I know if my product is still covered under warranty?

To determine if your product is still covered under warranty, you need to have your receipt as proof of purchase and your Owners Manual to determine the length of the warranty.

How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim you will need the following: Copy of the store sales receipt At least three photos of the issue at hand.If it is a backboard, please one of the entire front of the board, one of the entire back of the board and one of the entire system from the front. Include your name, shipping address and daytime phone. Then either mail or email the information to us. Send an e-mail to warrantyclaims@lifetime.com or mail it to:Lifetime ProductsAttn: WarrantyPo Box 160010Clearfield, Utah 84016 ** The email will not come through if it is larger than 4MB.
